We are a collaborative business specialising in handmade and sustainable items, jewellery and art from local and African artists. Join us in our studio in Marlow for arts and crafts workshops and Dancing Teapot pottery painting, or approach us to display your art in our gallery. Studio space and kiln available for hire.
Choose an item from our selection - from seasonal pieces to teapots, plates, mugs and ornaments - and paint upstairs in our studio. Additional cost is the £3 studio fee for painters, which covers the cost of the paint, glaze and firing.
Choose from our fun selection of bisque ceramics to paint and decorate, ranging from £4 per item upwards, depending on size. Choose a plate, ornament or mug, it's up to you! Not sure what design to paint? We provide inspiration as well as stamps, stencils and silk screens for all ages.
Our paints are non-toxic and washable, so don't worry about making a mess. Our studio price of £3 per person covers the cost of your paint, the glaze and kiln firing. All our workshops and painting sessions are supervised and we offer themed days and parties in our upstairs venue.
Dancing Teapot offers kids and adult parties in Marlow, Maidenhead & High Wycombe. We have a lovely upstairs studio for hire.

The perfect workshop for all home decor enthusiasts. In this workshop you will learn to make a simple drum lampshade with the material of your choice. You will be introduced to all the basic principles of lampshade making and then, using pre-cut templates you will cut your fabric to measure and assemble your shade, learning how to finish it ready to display and use in your home.
This workshop is suitable for adults and all materials will be provided, apart from the external fabric of the shade - participants can bring their own, or choose from a few neutral shades available. Bubbles provided!

Jasmine is a textile artist, with a passion for bright, bold colours and an innovative approach to design. A self-taught embroiderer, Jasmine has trained under several of London's most celebrated milliners and had her embroidery exhibited in galleries in the UK and abroad. The multi-discipline nature of textile art involved in millinery inspired her to teach beginner's classes with a twist, using traditional techniques but with a fun application, delivering a unique approach headwear, fashion accessories and interior design.
After spending a lifetime learning endless new skills in the creative sector, ranging from fabric weaving, lace-making, hat-block sculpting, feather art and beyond, and even writing about craft in newspapers and magazines, Jasmine is a firm believer that with just a bit of direction, anything is possible.
